Wall Mounted Humane Poultry Dispatcher

A wall mounted, humane poultry dispatcher made from solid cast aluminium. This is a simple, yet very effective tool which attaches to a wall, partition or upright beam. To use, simply insert the bird's neck into the 'U' gap and pull the lever down smartly. This will break the neck of the bird, sever the spinal cord, and form a cavity into which the blood will drain when the bird is hung. This tool is not intended to sever the head of the bird, and an adjusting screw is provided to regulate the gap from one type of bird to another. Suitable for chickens, turkeys and geese, up to 8kg in weight.
