Instructions / Feeding Guide

Feeding Guide:

• Provide 1-2 tablespoons of the 50/50 mix per budgie each day.

• Adjust slightly depending on whether your birds are housed in an active outdoor aviary or a calmer indoor cage.

• Remove empty seed husks from the top of the food dish daily. Budgies may leave empty hulls behind, making it look full when the food is actually gone.

• Ensure clean, fresh drinking water is available at all times.

Nutritional Balance and Supplements:

While a 50/50 canary and white millet diet is a beloved, high-protein staple for budgies, opinions on companion bird nutrition suggest supplementing a seed-based diet for optimal health.
