Nordic Wood Shavings are 100% natural and sustainably sourced from PEFC/FSC certified Scandinavian forests. The shavings are then produced at Nordics' own site in the UK which is kept under strictly controlled conditions with the utmost care taken to remove any dust, debris and impurities from the product. The quality of the wood ensures the highest performance from the shavings, with their soft, fluffy texture providing excellent spread, coverage and absorbency. Nordic Wood Shavings are not only just soft, they are also tensile, so they don't break apart or turn into dust like so many other brands.

Pure
Nordic wood shavings are taken directly from their milling department, which is kept under strictly controlled conditions, and the utmost care is taken to remove dust, debris and impurities from the product. It is important to remove these impurities to protect horse’s respiratory systems which can be damaged when breathing in dust and other debris.
