Garlic helps aid digestion and boost the immune system and provides anti-viral and anti-bacterial protection. Seaweed and mint are both rich in minerals. Seaweed prevents iodine deficiencies, whilst mint improves digestive health. Also included is oregano which is high in dietary fibre, and Probiotics to improve overall gut health and digestion.
