Mollichaff AppleChaff is a high quality appetising chaff to add bulk and fibre to your horse’s diet. It's made from the best wheat straw with real diced apple pieces as well as apple essence making it irresistible even to the fussiest of feeders. AppleChaff is also lightly dressed with molasses and manufactured using a special process that covers every part of the chaff evenly, making it highly palatable. This method also gives the chaff an open texture as opposed to heavily molassed chaffs which can be sticky and lumpy. Naturally high in fibre, Mollichaff AppleChaff also contains Limestone which provides additional calcium for strong bones and healthy growth.

Instructions for Use

How much Applechaff should I feed?
Applechaff should be fed as part of a balanced diet. It can be used to bulk up your bucket feeds and provide the fibre a horse needs. Depending on the size, weight, condition and workload of your horse, we would recommend feeding ½ - 2 scoops per bucket feed.

Will my horse like apple-flavoured chaff?
Yes they really do! Applechaff is extremely palatable and can be helpful when trying to disguise medication in a feed.
