Mini bolt cutters with drop forged jaws which have been correctly hardened, tempered and chemically blacked. Features include tough non-slip rubber grips which are fitted to both spring loaded handles, an adjustable screw to keep cutting edges aligned, and a safety a lock to keep the bolt cutters closed when not in use. These 8 inch mini bolt cutters can be comfortably held in one hand, and their heavy duty 6150 CRV steel blades are suitable for most general purpose work including: cutting through wire up to 4mm thick, cutting mild steel up to 3.5mm, high tensile steel up to 1.5mm and soft materials such as copper, aluminium etc. up to 5mm. The cutters are 200mm in length and are ideal in applications where space is limited and where standard-length cutters would be too long. They are also the ideal size for fitting into a tool belt.
