Transform your garden into a bird paradise with the Gardman Multi Nest Box. Made from FSC® certified timber, this high quality nesting box features interchangeable entrances making it the ideal home for a number of wild bird species. You can choose from either a 28mm or 32mm hole, or alternatively the nest box can be easily converted to an open fronted nest box by removing the two screws from the front panel. For blue tits, tree sparrows and pied flycatchers, choose the 28mm hole option. For great tits and larger wild bird species use the 32mm hole option. For robins, use the the open front option. Providing a nesting box in your garden will gives many species of wild bird, such as tits, sparrows, robins and pied wagtails and essential place to rest. Nesting boxes are a great place for birds to not only relax in, but most importantly they work as a safe haven for birds to raise their young. Ever expanding industry and a need for more housing and farming land, has meant the removal of trees, which are the natural nesting environment for wild birds. Adding a nesting box will not only benefit our native birds, but will also give you a great opportunity to monitor and enjoy your feathered friends. To use the Gardman Multi Nest Box, simply fix it to any post or tree that is sheltered from the elements, we recommend fixing it at a height between 1.5 and 5 metres above the ground. The base of this nest box can also be easily removed for quick and mess-free cleaning.
