Dengie Hi-Fi Molasses Free combines chopped and pelleted alfalfa and straw with a light soya oil coating and added herbs. Naturally low in sugar and starch, this low calorie, high fibre feed is suitable for horses and ponies in light to medium work and horses and ponies that require a low sugar and starch ration such as those prone to laminitis and those that maintain weight with ease. Hi-Fi Molasses Free also includes the herbs fenugreek and mint (for enhanced palatability) and naturally provides only 1.5% starch and 2% sugar which is approximately a fifth of the sugar found in average hay. Dengie Hi-Fi Molasses Free may be fed dry or dampened with water. To use as a forage replacement, replace your forage on a weight-for-weight basis with Hi-Fi Molasses Free. *Approved by The Laminitis Trust.
