Scope of Guarantee:

• Plastic components (walls, roof and floor) : Covered by a 7-year guarantee in the event of defects or breakage (normal use).

• Fasteners (screws, pins, clips, bolts): The guarantee applies in the event of breakage under normal conditions of use. The loss of these parts (e.g. screws, pins, PI clips, bolts) is not covered by the warranty.

• Deformation of plastic: Deformation due to temperature fluctuations is normal. If this deformation renders the chicken coop unusable, the part in question will be replaced under warranty.

• Wooden perches: Covered for 2 years from the date of purchase. Excluded from the guarantee after this period.

• Normal colour wear: Prolonged exposure to sunlight may cause the colours to fade. This is considered normal wear and tear and is not covered by the guarantee.

• Warranty exclusion for modifications: Any modifications to the chicken coop, including drilling, alterations to components or other adjustments, will void the warranty completely.
