A heavy duty ceramic bulb holder designed for use with infra-red heat lamps and dull emitter bulbs. Unlike normal fittings which can melt when using heat lamps, this bulb holders' ceramic design enables it to cope with very high temperatures. Tough and long lasting, the ceramic bulb holder conforms to British standard electrical connections and suitable for ES27 screw-fit bulbs up to 250 watts. The ceramic bulb holder also includes a hook for hanging, and two drilled holes for inserting a power cable for connection to 220 volts. *Please Note: Ceramic Dull Emitter Bulbs are only to be used in large spun aluminium reflectors with heavy duty ceramic bulb holders (such as the one above). They should never be used in lamp holders designed to be used with glass bulbs. *For your own safety, we strongly recommend that dull emitter bulbs, holders and shade are fitted by a fully qualified electrician.
