Burlyburn Firelighters are the ultimate eco-friendly alternative to traditional firelighters and the perfect partner to Burlyburn Fuel Logs.
These sustainable firelighters are made with miscanthus, the most eco-friendly crop grown in the UK. Mixing this raw material with waste candle wax creates the ultimate high quality, eco-friendly firelighter. The wax used in our firelighter production is sourced from large scale candle production and is a mix of paraffin wax and beeswax. We take this waste, re-heat and thoroughly mix with finely chopped miscanthus to create our effective, sustainable and eco-friendly firelighters. This is waste that would otherwise be destined for landfill.
