The Chicken Guard Classic Combi Premium is a combination of the new and improved Chicken Guard Premium and the Classic Door Kit. The best-selling door opener - the Chicken Guard Premium - just got better with new and improved features to ensure peace of mind for you, and protection for your hens from foxes and other predators. The Classic Door and Runner Kit is specifically designed to maximise smooth and safe operation for the Door Opening units, and to ensure the protection of your chickens isn’t compromised. The runners are handcrafted from American white oak chosen for it’s superior strength and durability in inclement elements and will last between 8-10 years without treatment. The pre-drilled runners are supplied with 6 stainless steel screws, as they won’t rust and the aluminium door has a pre-drilled hole for attaching the Chicken Guard cord, and is designed to ensure smooth operation within the runners to prevent the door sticking. As well as the easy-to-programme timer on the Chicken Guard Premium unit, the additional built-in light (LUX) sensor means you have two options for maximum security and peace of mind. The full Manual Control Feature and unique Failsafe Mode also provide increased security and flexibility for timings. An integrated LCD screen ensures it is easy to set up and alter timings when necessary. You won’t need an 8 year old to programme this door! The unit also has extra big buttons so you can programme the unit with your gloves on during the winter.
